• Renamed North 540, (www.north540.com) completed over $2.0 million of capital expenditure upgrades including 50% of roof replacement, truck parking lot renovation, conversion to ESFR fire suppression, signage and landscaping.

•  After conversion to Class A from Class C property, achieved 100% occupancy by June 2015 from 56% at purchase, sold North 540 in January 2016.
