  • Joint venture investment with operator and NYSE REIT to acquire $188 million of ten (10) grocery- anchored retail centers and three (3) shadow-anchored retail centers, totaling 1.1 million rentable sq. ft. with locations in Dallas (11), Tampa (1) and Sacramento (1). 

  • Sold three shadow-anchored retail centers when the purchase of their anchor grocery centers were not achieved.

  •  Longer term, stabilized grocery retail investment financed with 10 year, fixed-rate interest-only CMBS mortgage debt.
